This film was made in collaboration with Ninna’s sister, Sanna Helena Berger in their father’s toolshed. Growing up in a small community, and facing the stigma that comes from being outspoken and slightly ‘different’, it was only through their mother’s endless encouragement that the Berger sisters never stopped exploring clothing as a tool of play. Sanna’s medium being photography and Ninna opting for design and art. Now, being located in different countries, it is here in this family home, located in southern Sweden that the sisters find a mutual playground. Flashing past in the film’s background is the father – now so used to performances he doesn’t bother to stop his construction work.

Project made in 2011.
