During 2013 Restructional Clothing has, in an extended way, explored the realms of what is labelled as ‘commercial’. Although, in reusing discarded fabrics, this is an active contradiction in terms as every garment is produced fully from waste fabrics, time consuming in terms of construction and therefore immediately becomes an original. In the 2013 gathering of garments, the square was used as a construction template. When the extracted fabrics are sewn together, side by side, they show the diversity and uniqueness in wash and quality. Every garment is a user-friendly artisanal product.
